Cool-it Caddy® offers a 30 day money back guarantee or replacement (including shipping) due to any manufacturer defect. If you are unhappy with the product for any other reason, you may return the product within 30 days for full credit less shipping charges (applied to your credit card). Shipping remains the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Exclusions | Warranty will not apply to the product if it has been damaged by misuse, alteration, accident, unsuitable environment, improper handling, maintenance or operation, or if unauthorized repairs are attempted or made. Examples of damages not covered by warranty include, but are not limited to, gel pack leakage, which is presumed to be damage resulting from misuse or abuse.
Returns & Exchanges
Returning your product | Your product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges may be requested by emailing info at cool-itcaddy.com. All products should be returned to: Vinci Designs, LLC, 34522 N. Scottsdale Rd., #133, Scottsdale, AZ 85266.
Store returns | Can I return an item purchased on your site to a retail store?
We are sorry, however, items purchased online at cool-itcaddy.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail store locations.
Can the item I purchased at a retail location be exchanged directly to you?
We're sorry, we do not accept items purchased at retail locations for return or exchange. Please contact the store where the item was purchased.
Shipping costs and deliveries | We do our best to ship all orders received by the following day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, though there are some orders that may take 24-48 hours to process. We ship via standard ground. Once shipped, you can expect receipt within 5-7 business days. We ship orders to all US states and territories, and Canadian addresses. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail only and cannot be expedited. If standard shipping is selected, your Cool-it Caddy order may ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS Ground.
Confirmation | You'll receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. In addition, you may also view your order online by logging into your account and selecting "Order History."
