It’s not always so easy!
We have the best of intentions when we state our New Years resolutions but how easy is it to stick to them? I have a few goals for myself that I thought I would share to hopefully inspire those seeking to get into shape and eat healthier. We will check back in on these in about two months to see how it is going for me (and you!).
- Tabata Classes. I’m going to hit the gym and my Tabata classes at least twice a week. It you haven’t tried it yet, it is a great workout. So what does this mean for you? This means if you’re trying to lose some weight, tighten up, and/or increase your endurance, Tabata training is exactly what the doctor ordered. Additionally, if you’re one of those people short on time (isn’t this nearly everybody?), Tabata training is a fantastic way to minimize your time spent working out, while maximizing the benefits of your training.
- Eating Healthy. I am going to pack my healthy snacks (hard boiled egg, celery with peanut butter, almonds and some fruit) into baggies and then into my snack pack……Icepops by Cool-it Caddy.
